Only apps your Apple ID is entitled to: free apps, and paid apps you have already bought. For a free app IPA Ninja obtains the free license on your account first, just like tapping "Get" on an iPhone. No. App Store binaries stay FairPlay-encrypted and IPA Ninja never decrypts them or removes any protection. Your password goes only from your Mac to Apple. It is stored encrypted in your own macOS Keychain so the session can be renewed, and it is deleted when you sign out. We never receive it. IPA Ninja uses an unofficial App Store client (the open-source ipatool). Apple does not endorse third-party clients, and using one may not comply with Apple's terms. Apple could, for example, ask you to re-verify your account.
